Note on response times: We are a small team. Bug reports and privacy questions are prioritized. Feature requests are reviewed monthly. Business inquiries typically receive a response within 1 business day.

Response Times by Topic

Bug Reports: We prioritize these highly. If something is broken, we want to know immediately. For critical bugs (data loss, test not starting, pages not loading), we aim to investigate within 24 hours and deploy a fix within 48 hours.

Feature Requests: We review these monthly. Popular requests (requested by multiple users) move to the top of the queue. We cannot promise every feature will be built, but we do read every suggestion and many of our best improvements came directly from user feedback.

Business Inquiries: Advertising partnerships, educational licensing, API access requests, and collaboration proposals. We respond within 1 business day and are open to partnerships that align with our commitment to free, user-first tools.

Privacy and GDPR Requests: We take data rights seriously. Since we do not collect personal data, most requests are automatically satisfied. For specific concerns, we respond within 72 hours as required by GDPR Article 12.

Frequently Asked Questions

My score seems too slow / too fast — is the test accurate?
Our test uses the browser's performance.now() API for sub-millisecond timing accuracy. However, your score includes system latency (mouse, USB polling, monitor refresh rate). On a standard setup this adds approximately 5–15ms. A 144Hz gaming monitor and 1000Hz polling rate mouse will give the most accurate results.

My Clicker Tycoon progress was lost — can I recover it?
Game data is stored in your browser's localStorage. If you cleared your browser data, switched browsers, or used private/incognito mode, the save data is gone and cannot be recovered — we do not store any user data on our servers. To prevent this in the future, always play in regular (non-incognito) mode and avoid clearing site data for reactionspeedtest.com.

Can I embed your reaction test on my website?
We do not currently offer an embeddable widget. For educational or research use, please contact us through this form with details about your intended use.

How do I report a false positive in CPS / reaction test?
Use the Bug Report option in the form above and include your browser, operating system, device type (PC/Mac/mobile), and a description of what happened. A screenshot or screen recording is very helpful.
